Why is Bett Asia being re-scheduled to Autumn?
We have spoken to our community and we do not feel its right to go ahead with Bett Asia in March. Bett Asia has, therefore, been rescheduled to Autumn 2021 in Kuala Lumpur. We will be sharing new dates soon.
Do I need to sign a new contract?
No. Your existing contract for Bett Asia will carry over to the revised dates.
I have already booked accommodation at the Grand Hyatt. Can I transfer my booking?
You will need to re-book your room for the new dates. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
I have already registered to attend the event. Do I need to re-register?
No. Your registration will automatically be carried over to the new dates.
I want to buy a delegate pass. Is the early bird rate still available?
Yes, the early bird rate is still available. This will expire on August 2021.
I have a DIT grant. Can I use this for the new dates?
We are continuing to work with DIT at our event in the Autumn of 2021. Please contact Yasmin Barnett at BESA to discuss the full details of the DIT grant process: [email protected]
Can I claim on my insurance with Hyve, if I have to cancel my flight/stand?
We recommend that you check the terms and conditions in your policy and contact the provider if you are uncertain.
